Quotes, Assessments and Repairs

Quote requests made through this website, by phone, SMS, or our online tools are enquiries only and are subject to confirmation after we inspect your vehicle. Any price estimate given before an in-person assessment is indicative only and may change once the full extent of damage — including hidden issues — has been assessed.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an assessment or collection. Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of completion unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing; storage fees may apply after this period.

Fees and Payment

Fees for repairs are provided as a written quote following assessment of your vehicle. Payment is due on collection of your completed vehicle unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For insurance jobs, any applicable excess is typically settled with us at handover, with the remainder billed directly to your insurer. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Insurance Repairs

Where you are making an insurance claim, we will liaise directly with your insurer on your behalf to manage assessment, quoting, approvals and repairs. Your obligations to your insurer under your policy — including paying any excess and providing accurate information — remain your responsibility. We are not responsible for decisions made by your insurer regarding claim acceptance, coverage or repair scope.
